games of the season after Paul McIntosh injured his shoulder in the Western
Illinois game...Passed for 1,477 yards on 224 attempts, 133 completions and
five touchdowns...Season completion percentage (59.4) ranked eighth all-
time...Passed for 334 yards against Illinois State, which is tied for ninth-most
passing yards in a single game in school history, and recorded 378 total yards,
the fifth-highest single-game total in school history...Posted 29 completions
and a 78.4 completion percentage against Illinois State, both the fifth-highest
single-game totals in program history...Caught a 16-yard pass from Jewel
Hampton against Northern Iowa...Finished eighth in the conference in total
