Alejandro Vial is in his first season as the men’s tennis
graduate assistant coach at Southern Illinois University.
Vial played at Lindsey Wilson College for the 2006-07
season and played his final three years of eligibility at the
University of Mobile from 2007-2010. Vial won both the
Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year awards for
the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference in 2008 at NAIA
University of Mobile.
Vial also graduated Magna Cum Laude from the
University of Mobile in 2010.
Vial is the son of Luis and Susana, and has one sister,
Carolina.
